Founded by Ingo K Roolf (German) in 1998 the purpose of this company was for German investment into property in South Africa specifically Zimbali. After successfully completing a multi unit sectional title development and experiencing the property opportunities in and around Zimbali, the foundation was laid for Northglobal Properties Pty Ltd.

The merge between two driven property individuals as a result of the ever increasing growth on the North Coast of Natal lead to Ingo Roolf MD and Wesley Bench-Capon Director joining forces to develop secure residential estates, luxurious beachfront apartments, commercial and industrial projects. Striving for perfection and with the objective to offer the end user something more, to have a stronger influence on the quality of the building process, thus paving the way for Northglobal Construction Pty Ltd.
